Come and discover, or rediscover, the traditional journey from wheat grain to the bread on your plate, through demonstrations, workshops, tastings, and a live show.

Demonstration of wheat treading by horses on the threshing floor
Demonstration of old-fashioned threshing, winnowing, and straw baling
Flour milling on-site with our grain mill
Workshops and games about grains, their processing, and their uses
Tasting of old-fashioned bread, prepared and baked on-site
Treasure hunt / Scavenger hunt to explore the site

"Fleur de Farine" Show
3 performances: at 11:00 AM, 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM
A 40-minute show followed by a 20-minute bread-making workshop for children by the Alchymère company – family-friendly audience.
