Beaches and coves
The beaches of Sanary-sur-Mer
Portissol Beach
Located west of the town center, Portissol beach is one of Sanary's most popular beaches. This sandy beach is ideal for families, thanks to its shallow waters and intimate setting. It also offers breathtaking views, particularly appreciated at sunset. You'll find two restaurants for a moment of pure relaxation at the water's edge.
Gorguette Beach
The more discreet Plage de la Gorguette is perfect for those looking for a little more peace and quiet. With its soft sand and clear waters, it's the perfect place to relax. Paddle and kayak enthusiasts will also find it an ideal playground.
Lido Beach
Sanary-sur-Mer's Lido beach is the southernmost beach of the seaside resort, just before Bandol, offering a splendid view of the latter. It's particularly popular with families, thanks to its gentle slope, which makes it possible to walk long distances in the water.
