Static:
The ultimate experience of letting go. Learn to let go, relax, listen to yourself, discover yourself. To do to oneself and take the time to know oneself, to feel. For initiation, training or just to relax after a long day there is only one address, Sanary Apnea!

Verticality :
From Saint-Mandrier to La Ciotat, immerse yourself along a cable, get away from the surface and discover the sensations of depth. To initiate, to have fun, to train, so many possibilities that the various disciplines of vertical apnea offer us. A moment of full consciousness to be discovered by all.

Exploration :
Immerse yourself in the Mediterranean and explore the most beautiful sites in the region. A moment of pleasure and nature adapted to the level of the participants.
A pleasure to be shared independently or with a guide.

Breathing & Yoga :
In addition to freediving or simply to better understand and control your body, we also offer yoga sessions and breathing lessons because, like everything else in life, breathing can be learned at any age.

AfterWork :
This is the relaxing appointment of the week.
Stretching, relaxation, breathing,... find yourself in a 28° water temperature and free yourself from the tensions of the day.
