Chef Martin FERAGUS and his team have been welcoming you to Les Oliviers restaurant with their carefully devised menus.
Passion, emotion and sharing are the Chef's main values. He works hard every day to offer you a cuisine that highlights the best produce from our producers and neighbouring estates, encouraging the shortest route between terroir and cuisine and respecting our commitment to the environment. To complete this exquisite gastronomic experience, the Head Pastry Chef, Fleur FERAGUS, offers her sweet creations for an elegant, gourmet and delicate finale.

In July and August, the service is offered under the bioclimatic pergola.
