Description

Our pizza dough is made with different varieties of Italian flours from organic farming. A small amount of yeast and a rising time of 48 to 72 hours ensures that our dough is light and digestible.
Our fresh tomato sauce and ingredients are "home made".
Our ingredients are fresh and selected daily by us, then cooked by our chef to ensure unique flavours.
