The Curade Rock

It is a natural geological curiosity whose shape is a wave-shaped rock bar. It is located in the forest massif of the Gros Cerveau.

Description

On the Nerthes trail, the access is on the right (stone marked with a blue cross). About 15 minutes of walking, in strong ascent, after having left the blue path.

During the summer period, which can be very dry, be sure to consult the map of access to the forest areas of the Var before starting a hike.

Attention:
As every year during the summer, from June 19th to September 20th, the Var prefecture regulates the penetration, the circulation and the parking on some roads serving the 9 forest areas of the Var.
This system informs walkers about the possibilities of access to the forest areas and the level of forest fire danger.
