- Living rooms & Dining room:
The heart of the villa is a large living room of 100 m² including two living rooms, a dining room and an open kitchen.
You will discover two spacious living rooms separated by the dining room with a large fireplace and TV corner:
The yellow living room is to the west with a view of La Ciotat.
The second living room benefits from a view of Bandol and the Embiez Islands.
- The kitchen is equipped with a counter that separates it from the living room
On the ground floor:
A bedroom with a double bed (160×200) with access to the terrace on the pool side;
A bedroom with a double bed (140×200) and a single bed (90×190) with access to the terrace on the pool side too;
A bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) with a view of the garden.
A separate toilet and a bathroom with a corner bathtub and walk-in shower are available.
Upstairs:
A master suite with a custom-made double bed (160×200) and a bathroom integrated into the suite. Access to a private solarium makes this place a place of relaxation and pleasure.
- You can find outside the house:
• A parking lot (for 5-6 cars)
• A plot of 6000 m²
• A secure swimming pool: an alarm to be activated + secure barriers all around the pool.
8 deckchairs, a coffee table and a parasol are available

Weekly cleaning from 2 to 3 hours, and at the end of the stay with supplement.
