The entrance to the dwelling opens onto a large living space, comprising an open-plan kitchen with dining area (bar table and high chairs), a living room topped by a mezzanine, opening onto the veranda/dining room. A corridor leads to the sleeping area with two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.
The house is surrounded on the east side (entrance side) by a terrace overlooking the pool, and on the west side (veranda side) by a terrace topped by a pretty terraced garden.

The house is located at the end of the Place de l'Albizzia in La Madrague, on the road to Port d'Alon, surrounded by land belonging to the Conservatoire du Littoral. The house faces east-west, overlooking La Gache and Colline de Sable.
