Liberation Day and fireworks

The festivities planned to celebrate the city's Liberation.

Description

Saturday August 22nd
Cars and people in period costume from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Jardin Veyret, followed by the departure of the convoys.
Commemoration at 11am at the Monument aux Morts de la 1ère DFL.

Sunday August 23rd
Cars and people in period costume from 11.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Jardin Veyret, followed by the laying of bouquets on the square in front of the Hôtel de Ville at the commemorative plaque.
Parade departs from Hôtel de Ville at 6:45 p.m. for the Monument aux Morts with period vehicles.
Traditional ceremony at 7pm with wreath-laying and speeches.
DJ evening from 8.30pm - Entertainment
Fireworks at 10pm
