Description

It was in 1972, the first harvest represented a production of only 12 hectoliters of rosé.
For more than 30 years now and over the years, the vineyard has grown and become more structured. The cellar buildings have been modernized, the commercial circuit has been organized.
The cellars have been modernized to meet the requirements of quality but the traditions remain: Galantin has a long fermentation and an aging of 18 months to 2 years in oak barrels. After bottling, which is done at the estate, the wine rests in our cellars for a few more months before arriving on your table.
