The Domaine de la Vivonne is located on the rise of the medieval village of Castellet and close to the sea. Around the building, we find the vines implanted in restanques. The majority of our mourvèdres are in restanques.

Surface : 25 ha
Production : 1000 hl approximately.
Average age of the vines : 30 years
Yield : 35 to 40 hl/ha
Soil : sandy silt on marly limestone
Grape varieties : Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle

Location : The Domaine de la Vivonne is located on the rise of the medieval village of Le Castellet and close to the sea. Around the building, we find the vines implanted in restanques. The majority of our mourvèdres are in restanques.

Modernization work has been undertaken since its purchase in 2011 to remain one of the jewels of the Bandol vineyard.

The vineyard : We perpetuate a traditional culture with manual harvest. The land is ploughed without weedkiller, without synthetic fertilizers. These vines are pruned and crushed to leave only one bunch per shoot expressing all its quintessence.
We have one of the most beautiful collections of old vintages from 1979.
Wine bar - new ! (wine by the glass / charcuterie and cheese plancha)
