Description
Since 1864, in Signes, 5 generations of confectioners, have transmitted and transmit their passion for Nougat. Originally, the house Fouque had many activities: biscuits, sweets, pastries, candied fruits, syrups and nougats. Thanks to these last two specialties we obtained the different gold and silver medals that contributed to the fame of our confectionery.

Période d'ouverture
From 04/05 to 28/08 on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends between 10 am and 1 pm and between 4 pm and 6 pm.
From 01/09 to 23/12 daily between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 7 pm.
