Description

Our Tourist Office is classified category 1 and belongs to Offices de Tourisme de France network. We are committed to:
 Provide a reception and an information area easy to access. Make your procedures easier.
 Offer you the furniture you need to be sit.
 Give you free information at the local Tourist Office.
 Display and broadcast our working days timetable in two foreign languages.
 Offer the access to Internet upon request so you can have access to tourist information.
 Be open at least 305 days per year, Saturdays and Sundays included in tourist or animated period.
 Answer to your mail all year-round.
 Guarantee a permanent reception service with a staff speaking at least two foreign languages.
 Guarantee the provision of tourist maps, maps, and paper tourist guides.
 Give you access to our website dedicated and adapted to be consulted via on-board displays in three languages.
 Spread tourist information on paper, translated in two foreign languages at least and dealing with:
- listed tourist accommodation with at least the name of the establishment, mail details, email, website, phone details and ranking level.
- monuments and cultural, natural or leisure tourists’ sites with prices, timetable and opening hours for the public, website, mail and phone details.
- events and activities.
- emergencies' phone numbers.
 Update our tourist information annually.
 Display emergencies’ phone numbers outside.
 Present qualified offers of our intervention area for any client.
 Give you access to consult listed accommodation information.
 Treat your complaints and measure your satisfaction.
 Offer tourist information service integrating information and communication new technologies (social media, phone, geo-tracking, etc.).
 Respect QUALITÉ TOURISME brand requirements.
 Provide you a stay advisor.
