When the Friends of Saint-Cyr Beer meet Ireland
The people of Provence are keen to celebrate customs and traditions, even if they come from elsewhere. So, while St. Patrick's Day comes to us straight from the land of the four-leaf clover, the Association des Amis de la Bière de Saint-Cyr has found a way to celebrate the talent of the local brewing heritage in its own way.
This organization, in love with craft beer, set itself the mission of introducing as many people as possible to the richness and diversity of regional beer. How do we do this? By supporting brewers from the Var and Bouches-du-Rhône regions through a festival of sharing and conviviality in the town of Saint-Cyr-sur-mer.
Over the years, Saint-Cyr 100 Pressions has become a unique opportunity for hop enthusiasts to taste a wide range of flavors, while discussing their passion and know-how with the artisans. It's a great way to highlight the importance of consuming locally and responsibly, by promoting quality products and producers who are proud of their terroir.

The event's rich program is open to all, even families. At the heart of the event, tasting stands offer the chance to discover regional beers in a variety of styles, from light lagers to hoppier IPAs, amber ales and stouts. Introductory workshops are also available for visitors wishing to deepen their knowledge and learn the subtleties of each type of fermented nectar.
Alongside all this, Saint-Cyr 100 Pressions also offers a programme of musical events groovy with hand-picked bands. Catering areas with local food trucks are on hand to let you sample their specialities, which go wonderfully well with the craft beers. Finally, for the kids, fun activities and entertainment are organized every year.
