The Bol d'Or at the Castellet circuit

Created in 1922, the Bol d'Or is one ofthe oldest and most prestigious motorcycle enduranceraces in the world. Although its first editions took place around Paris, the event migrated to the south of France in the 1970s to find its preferred venue, the Circuit Paul Ricard. After a period of alternating between different tracks, the Bol d'Or finally returned to the Camp du Castellet in 2015. Since then, it has attracted thousands of enthusiasts every year.

This legendary race is distinguished by its24-hour endurance format, where teams take it in turns to cover the greatest possible distance. This is why the Bol d'Or has become a symbol of performance and endurance, testing both riders and their machines. In addition to the competition, the organization also offers :

  • entertainment for the whole family (concerts, games on the track and on the water...);
  • motorcycle demonstrations and exhibitions;
  • concerts;
  • areas dedicated to meeting speed athletes.
