PARKOUR with Ninja Park and UFOLEP 83 | Urban Arts Festival

Parkour is an urban sport that involves moving efficiently through various types of environments using only one's physical abilities, combining running, obstacle-jumping, leaping, and climbing.

Description

Just like a “Yamakasi” and under the guidance of sports instructors, give this sport a try: push your limits and experience freedom.
Everyone can participate at their own level. (Ages 8 and up)
And for the youngest participants (ages 3 to 7): A course supervised by sports instructors from UFOLEP 83 will allow the little ones to safely navigate obstacles, get moving, race against the clock, and beat their personal best!
