Description

Originally from Naples, Jonathan has been a pizzaiolo for over 20 years. He prepares Neapolitan pizzas that you can eat in or take away free of charge. The concept is based on traditional preparation using recipes that guarantee a tasty, balanced taste. The pizzas are baked in a Neapolitan oven with a dome from Naples. This means the dough is thin and supple, with crispy edges.
The majority of our pizzas are made with fresh, carefully selected French produce (AOC and AOP preferred).
